I recently completed work on my pages about the great author Robert A. Heinlein. At the general Robert Heinlein page, you'll find a brief biography of the master and general comments on his work.

In discussing Heinlein's books specifically, I've divided them into Heinlein's works, a page about his non-Future History works, and a discussion of the Future History stories. Enjoy!

I don't define "science fiction" very narrowly here. Sometimes I think we waste a little too much time trying to define the genre or differentiate science fiction and fantasy and not enough time just enjoying ourselves.

I think it was Harlan Ellison, or perhaps Robert Heinlein himself, who said "SF" should stand for "speculative fiction." As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't have to be all spaceships and laser beams to qualify.

Anyway, when I get to it I'd like this discussion to include Orson Scott Card, Octavia Butler, J.R.R. Tolkien, Neil Gaiman's wonderful Sandman series, perhaps a little Star Trek, and who knows what, so please visit again, and thank you for coming by this time.
